At Aromantic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty experience; if a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and gently used or unopened to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original box and include the printed return slip provided in your confirmation email.

  Ship the Items

  Attach the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location near you.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned products, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
