Organic Eyebright Glycerol Extract
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
A colourless to pale peach, mobile liquid with a very faint aroma which is made from eyebright herb extracted into vegetable glycerine.
As this is a natural product, there may be some changes in colouration, cloudiness or sediment.

HOW TO USE IT
Skin Care
The vegetable glycerin is an excellent humectant which helps to keep the skin moist and hydrated.
Eyebright is one of the classic herbs for using in products for around the eye area.
Use the Eyebright Glycerol Extract in gels, serums and eye creams.
Can be used in daily creams and lotions but especially in creams and lotions for more mature skin types.
It is astringent and soothing so can be used in light lotions and gels designed for oily and problem skin types.
Hair Care
Helps to tone up an oily scalp when used in hair conditioners and hair packs.
Other
Use at 3% to 6%. It is safe to use at higher amounts but there is a possibility that the finished product may feel a little sticky.
Water soluble so cannot be used in oil only blends.
Once opened do not leave the cap off the bottle whilst you are working and after use, squeeze some of the air out of the bottle to reduce potential oxidation and seal tightly.
Store in a cool, dry place. Protect from freezing and direct sunlight.
